A message dated July 1, 2008, was received stating the Governor read                                                            
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 8                                                                                                     
     Supporting the Kensington Gold Mine project; and commending                                                                
     the United States Forest Service for its environmental change
